Knowing more won't save your business
The difference between $500K and $5M isn't what you think.
I’ve worked with over 1,000 home service businesses.
And the gap between the ones doing $500K and the ones doing $5M+ is almost never what you think.
It's not a better website. It's not more money. It's not some secret marketing hack.
It's speed of implementation.
The best operators I work with hear something — and they act on it the same day.
Not next week. Not "after the busy season." Not after they "think about it."
Today.
I'll give you a real example.
I was on a call with two business owners last month. Same industry. Same market size. I gave them the exact same advice.
Owner A said "great, I'll get on that" and had it done by the next morning.
Owner B said "that makes sense, let me talk to my team about it."
Guess which one is up 40% this year?
Here's what I've learned watching this play out over and over:
→ Information without action is just entertainment
→ Most people consume content to feel productive — not to actually produce
→ The best don't wait for perfect. They move fast and adjust
You're reading this newsletter right now. That's good.
But the question isn't "did I learn something today?"
The question is: what am I going to DO with it before I go to bed tonight?
If you've been sitting on something: A Google Business Profile update, a new landing page, a follow-up call you've been putting off - go do it right now.
Not tomorrow. Now.
Speed wins.
Talk soon,
Andy
