2. Reviews

The more credible websites that link to your website the more Google trusts your content. In this scenario other websites are essentially vouching for the trust worthiness of your website content.

And reviews.. this should be self-explanatory.

If your competitors have 500 reviews and you have 50 and have not received a new review in 6 months, you will not outrank them.
