Actionable Tip: Setting Realistic Expectations
What to do: First, you need to adopt a long-term mindset. Our clients with the best results understand this from day one. They understand this is an investment not an expense.
Why: SEO is not going to flip your business overnight. If you’re looking for a quick fix this is not it. In fact, if you’re looking for a quick fix you probably already messed up somewhere.
How to think correctly:
❌ I invested into SEO for the last 12 months, but what did I get out of it? A few dozen leads and better rankings? That doesn’t pay my bills.
✅ Because of my investment and patience with SEO I will now be paid dividends in the form of leads for years to come effectively lowering my customer acquisition cost and allowing me to reinvest into my business.

Day 0–30: Setting the Foundation
In the first 30 days, we conduct a thorough audit and competitor analysis to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities specific to your market. We establish baseline data by documenting your current keyword rankings to measure improvements over time. Our team conducts extensive keyword research to discover terms that align with your target audience and set up Google Search Console and Google Analytics to monitor critical performance data.
We optimize heading tags to improve content hierarchy, create an on-page SEO roadmap, and refine your site’s architecture for better indexing. To boost your local presence, we optimize your Google Business Profile (GBP), and we initiate content creation and backlink-building efforts to start establishing authority.
Day 30–60: Executing the SEO Strategy
During Days 60–90, we focus on tracking early results and refining strategies to capitalize on initial progress. At this stage, we start to see shifts in keyword rankings and increased visibility for optimized pages. Our team also prioritizes ensuring that new and updated pages are indexed by search engines—a crucial step in solidifying search presence.
We use tools like Google Search Console to monitor indexing status and address any coverage issues that may prevent pages from appearing in search results. Alongside indexing, we deepen link-building efforts and continue optimizing for technical performance, such as site speed and mobile usability, which further supports ranking potential. By the end of Day 90, our goal is to establish a well-indexed, high-quality foundation for ongoing SEO growth and visibility.
Day 60–90: The Foundation for Sustained Growth
In Days 60–90, our team focuses on building visibility and solidifying indexing across all new and optimized pages. Using Google Search Console, we monitor indexing status closely, resolving any coverage issues to ensure that key content appears in search results. Based on initial ranking shifts and performance data, we refine strategies, including adjustments to anchor text and internal linking, to enhance page relevance and link equity throughout the site. Localized on-page content is expanded and fine-tuned in response to early ranking data, helping us target high-priority local keywords more effectively.
Our link-building efforts intensify as well, securing quality backlinks that elevate site authority and support improved ranking performance. We continue optimizing technical SEO elements, like page load speed and mobile usability, to reinforce the overall user experience. By the end of Day 90, our goal is to have a well-indexed, strategically linked, and data-informed foundation that sets the stage for sustained growth and visibility.
