What to do: Create a hiring scorecard. This one-page document should outline the exact skills, job requirements, and expectations clearly.

Why?: This will allow your job posting to attract the right candidates from the start saving you time and energy sorting through hundreds of applicants.

How to do it:

  1. Outline the job mission

  2. List the KPIs the employee will be responsible for.

  3. Clearly communicate the core competencies required
