Overview: Hire A+ Talent For Cheap
Welcome to the Home Service Marketer newsletter.
These are my own independent thoughts, and I am writing about topics that interest me. I hope you enjoy this journey of learning alongside me.

Hiring A Players
Where to find them
How to vet them.
It is approximately a 2-minute read.
Tip: Do Not Be Lazy With Hiring
What to do: Create a hiring scorecard. This one-page document should outline the exact skills, job requirements, and expectations clearly.
Why?: This will allow your job posting to attract the right candidates from the start saving you time and energy sorting through hundreds of applicants.
How to do it:
Outline the job mission
List the KPIs the employee will be responsible for.
Clearly communicate the core competencies required

This is the only link you need for today. It is the exact recruiting agency we use to hire A+ talent.
Hiring Leverage
Let’s be honest with ourselves. Hiring in the U.S. is expensive. Salaries are high, and paying for benefits and setting up HR is one big headache. Working with contractors is much simpler and straightforward and is the future of remote work jobs.
For some odd reason, many people view hiring talent outside the U.S. is negative, but it’s more likely an issue around your approach to it and where you are searching for talent. There are extremely high-quality people who can help you take your business to the next level and are intelligent and well-spoken.
You should not be opposed to this for your business, as it can help you continue to grow while improving margins. Sagaan Passport has been a God send for us in many aspects. My favorite part of the service is that they handle the postings, screen and interview the initial candidates, share the interviews with us, and allow us to choose who we get to interview.
I can’t say enough good things about what Jon and his team have built over at Sagaan.
